Complete the CHILL FILL Form to register your organization for participation in the CHILL ACT NORTH CAROLINA. This form collects required vendor information prior to payment, including organization details & participation level selection.

Promotion Use: Event organizers may use your brand name/logo for promotional purposes.*
Cancellation Policy: No refunds within 30 days of the event. Cancellations must be made in writing.*
CO₂ Contribution: You are made aware of 1% of your payment is contributed by CHILL ACT ( The XYZ World Inc ) toward CO₂ removal.*
Liability Waiver: Organizers are not liable for loss/damage of personal property or injury during the event.*
Parking Info: Ample parking is generally available. Details are emailed closer to the event.*
Vendor Code of Conduct: All vendors are expected to maintain professionalism and family-friendly presentation.*
